661. (1) of claims which have been sent in pursuant to the advertisement;
(2) of claims which have been received by the executors or administrators or any of them, other than claims sent in pur- suant to the advertisement;
(3) of sums of money which were or may have been due and owing by the deceased at the time of his death and are or may be still due and owing and which have come to the knowledge of the executors or administra ors or any of them, but in respect of which no claim has been received or sent in as aforesaid.
The report shall state to which of such claims or sums of money or parts thereof respectively the estate of the deceased is in the opinion of the Registrar justly liable, and his belief that such claims or sums of money or parts thereof respective- ly are justly due and proper to be allowed and the reasons for such belief.
